How to Play & Strategic Tactics

  • Select & Deploy: Click a defense tower card above, then click anywhere on the cytosolic canvas (outside the path) to construct the molecular unit.
  • Upgrade & Recycle: Click an existing tower on the battlefield to inspect its range, switch targeting priorities, upgrade its catalytic turnover rate (kcat), or recycle it for 70% ATP refund.
  • Emergency Protocols: When overwhelmed, trigger Autophagy Purge to dissolve standard phages, CRISPRi Stasis to freeze swarms in place, or Plasmid Overcharge for 2x tower fire rate.
  • Combating Boss Megaphages: Boss phages possess Anti-CRISPR shields that absorb direct damage. Position RNase jammers at bends to slow them while focused CRISPR-Cas9 snipers break through their defenses.
