Talk title: Improving CHiP-exo DNA-binding and gene expression predictions with a multi-species fungi language model

I did a summer internship in the Kelley Lab at Calico, concluding with a one-hour presentation on the yeast language model project. It was a fantastic experience working with such a talented team and connecting with so many amazing people. This summer was truly inspiring!
