Released models

We trained OpenSpliceAI using four different flanking sequence lengths: 80 nt, 400 nt, 2000 nt, and 10000 nt. We strongly recommend using OSAI_MANE-10000nt for best performance. The other models are suitable for experimental / research purposes.
